Recent researches have come up with interesting findings in the field of energy sector. This survey targeted over 8000 customers where they were examined in terms of their experience and services enjoyed by their electricity suppliers.

The conclusion and interpretation of the research stated that small suppliers were leading to a convincing and a much better satisfaction of their respective customers in comparison to that of big energy suppliers.
